It's been a while

We are 1/4th of the way through. May is over. Adam isn't quite on track to getting the 200 installs he intended to get, but there is a possiblity that he will be able to make it up.

This month has been full of highs and lows. We've had some really fantastic drama because of conflicting personalities, and it only seems to get worse. Jessi Rose is working in the office with me. She and I get along very well, which is such a relief because we are with each other for 8-9 hours a day, 6 days a week. I can't imagine what it would be like if we weren't fond of one another.

Sometimes it feels like stone has taken over my life. I go to work around 1, leave between 8-10, fall asleep, and before I know it I'm back at work again. It just seems like I barely get time to recover and continue on. Is this what it is like to have a full time job? I'm beginning to wonder if I will survive in the workforce.

Speaking of which, I am trying to decide what in the world I am going to do when we get back from our adventures here. Adam and I have caught the travel bug, so I would really like to work for an airline or somewhere else that gives us travel benefits. However, I feel like I've had a good run with the 'administrative assistant' industry, and it just isn't for me. I'm very good at it, so I thought it was what I am meant to do, but I really haven't enjoyed it.

When we are back in Salt Lake, Adam will start school at the U with a double major in International Studies and Russian. He will probably have three semesters of school and one semester study abroad to complete and then he will be graduated. He may get a part time job, but we're just gonna play it by ear. We want to live in the same place we lived before we came to philly. We loved the location, the complex, and the ward, so we're hoping that will go smoothly. By the time we move back, I will have completed my summer classes, and will be graduated officially. Woot! I will get a full time job somewhere and be the breadwinner so Adam can finish school comfortably. =)
