I have very exciting news!
My amazing husband has been accepted as an intern for the State Department for fall semester! What does this mean you ask? He will be working in a U.S. Embassy. Which Embassy? Kiev Ukraine! Woot woo!!
Adam served an LDS mission in Kiev, and has been aching to go back ever since he came home. If the fact that he finally gets to go back isn’t exciting enough, the equally exciting news is that he got in with the State Department. Right now he is hoping to work for the State Department when he finishes school, so this internship is ideal!
We don’t know all the details yet, but we do know the internship will be at least 10 weeks. The plan for now is that I will fly out for the last week or two of his internship so he can show me all the sites.
Way to go Adam!
