Although I will claim that I can cook, I will not claim that I am crafty. Sometimes I surprise myself when I engage in crafts, but most of the time I just avoid them all together.

I have to be honest. Whenever I see the letters “DIY” my heart flutters. Even after my wooden frame fiasco I still have the idea that I can make anything. So the letters DIY are like gold to me.
Some of the ornaments they show look a little out of my non-crafting league, but the following two look like a lot of fun!

This ornament looks really cool finished. It doesn’t seem like it would be too hard to make, and I’m 99% sure you could make a real fun mess trying to make them. =)

Now this ornament is sent from the heavens for a girl like me! All I have to be able to do is 1. Pick out fun colored paper (check!) 2. Cut it into strips (check!) 3. Staple the strips together (double check!!). Woot! Sign me up, I’ve graduated to novice status. =)

Can I steal her and take her home with me??? I'll become more responsible and care for a child if I can have that one...and she's a little chunky too! :D Love it!!
